The grid is owned by Starflower Bracken. Please say "Starflower" or "Star" in public chat and she will try to get back to you as soon as possible, but please bear in mind she may be busy or away. If you are going to leave an IM when visiting by hypergrid, please leave a contact email address! (Note, nobody else can see public chat.)

You can contact the grid managers, who are Grey Ocean (English) and Mor Dawel (Welsh) and/or the other region managers of all regions owned and operated directly by the Ocean Grid estate group in a variety of ways. Each region currently has a separate simulator on our grid server and the region managers have the same surnames as the regions so that you can easily find them!

Alternatively, you can contact them all in-world (including by off-line IM). You can also get in touch with the grid managers by leaving a note via their postbox (or dropping a notecard in it if you are old school) by the Welcome Centre on Annwfn, the grid's home region (pronounced Eng. An-oo-vuhn, X-SAMPA /an'uv@n/).
